The Tulip One-Step Spray Dye Kit is full of colorful fun! Stocked with 7 spray top bottles of incredibly vibrant One-Step Dye, supplies and an inspiration guide, this kit is ready for your creativity.

Adult supervision required
This dye will not work on polyester! Use cotton, viscose, rayon or silk. Using a cotton and polyester mix will produce a lighter range of colours (minimum 50% cotton).
The dye will stain everything!! Make sure you cover yourself and your work area to avoid staining.

Helpful hints & tips ~
Wash all fabric items before you dye them whether they are new or used, no fabric conditioner, this will help the dye infuse properly with the fabric.
Use a wire or plastic rack with a tray underneath (to catch the drips) so the dye doesnt gather under your fabric as you can end up with a brown puddle!. Make sure the rack is not rusty as rust will stain your fabric. Dont use your favourite cake cooling rack though as it will not be able to be used for food preparation again!
One dyed leave items in a warm place as the dye needs heat to react. If using black this is especially important and you would be advised to leave any black items for at least 48 hours before rinsing.
Rinse thoroughly before putting in the washing machine, if you dont you will risk your lighter colours being ruined by the darker colours.
Always wash freshly dyed items separately for the first few washes.
